Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return.
If you would like to return an item you must first email us at Care@TheTrendAttic.com and explain your reasons for returning the items. We will not accept any returns sent without contacting our customer services first.
Eligible items must be postmarked within 7 days of shipping and must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, which mean in the same condition that you received it. Items must be returned in their original packaging (including protective wrapping) and with their tags still attached.
Please note that the following items are NOT eligible for return: Bathing suits, lingerie, undergarments, made-to-order items (i.e. posters, t-shirts, mugs, etc.) , personalized items, and sale items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will not refund an order until we receive and inspect the returned item. There is a restocking fee of $50 on all returns up to $500, and $100 on items priced at $500 and above.
We do not offer exchanges. We can return an item if it is eligible.
If your item is eligible for a return we will refund the card used at the point of purchase to complete the refund. If your item is not eligible for return we are not able to offer a refund.
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS:
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase you will not receive a refund or credit for the value of the discount. Instead, the refund or credit will be applied only to the actual amount paid at the time of purchase.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PROBLEMS?
The Trend Attic will first attempt to refund the original credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase. Our customer service team will contact you if the credit/debit card you used to make the purchase is expired or invalid.
Processing times can vary due to banks having different policies on how long they hold the funds before releasing them to us so that we can process your order. This usually takes 1-5 business days. You will receive updates on your order each step of the way.
